1971 GTO Convertible

Once again Pure Vision was called to build another head turning ride! We've already built this owner an over the top Mustang and a custom Charger! This time he wanted something different, something for a date night. Cool, refined and very low maintenance, but also able to handle, and ready to “get with the program”.

Our solution? How about a rare '71 GTO convertible? Only 661 were ever made, but it shares everything chassis wise with a good ol' Chevelle. So for the handling, braking, and steering chores, a simple call to Schwartz Performance netted a complete chassis. Quality parts from Wilwood Brakes, JRI shocks, HRE wheels and Pirelli tires ensure problem free, high performance driving. For power, a supercharged LSA mated to a 4L85E overdrive trans all controlled by a GM ECU make the horsepower trouble free. Pure Vision once again turned to Gabe's Custom Upholstery for their magic with leather. Gabe's quality mixed with top shelf interior products like Vintage Air, Dynamat and Dakota Digital guarantee a fantastic cabin to cruise in, top up or down! Finish it all off in Selene Bronze from Aston Martin applied by the award winning paint and body gurus at Mick's Paint and …... a turn the key, cruise down the road killer convertible ready for anything!
